Privacy

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does no tracking. The checklist saves your ticks in your own browser and nothing leaves your device. The only personal data the site handles is what you choose to send through the correction form, and that is used solely to fix the page and reply to you.

Who we are

NeuroConsultation Hub is a concept site run by Jordan Brookes, a sole trader based in Nottingham, England, trading as Built by Brookes. In this notice “we” means Jordan. For anything in it, email hello@builtbybrookes.com.

The checklist

The checklist page saves which items you have ticked in your browser’s local storage, so they are still there when you come back. That data stays on your device; it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it, and the “clear all ticks” button removes it too. This storage is used only to provide the feature you asked for by ticking a box, and nothing else.

The correction form

If you send a correction, we receive what you enter: the page, what is wrong, and your email address if you choose to give one. We use it only to check and fix the page and, if you gave an email, to reply. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you have told us something is wrong, and we are putting it right. Submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, Inc., a form-handling service acting as our processor. Their privacy notice is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (your IP address, the page requested and the time) for security and reliability. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Links to other sites

The guides link to NHS, NICE, gov.uk and charity websites for their sources. Those sites have their own privacy notices, and this site passes nothing to them.

What we don’t do

No cookies. No analytics. No advertising or tracking pixels. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep correction messages only as long as it takes to act on them and reply, and we delete them on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Email hello@builtbybrookes.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
